Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress, best known for her performances in the movies Beta Saajan and Hum Hain Kun..! In the 1980s when she started her acting career and became famous for her role as Tezaab, in which she starred with the veteran actor Anil Kapooor. Her next appearance was in Dil in which she was on screen with Aamir. In Mumbai the city she was born within a middle class family parents. As a child, she began to learn about stage, she was able to study dance. In her early years, when she started to perform as an actor, the majority of films she created were not successful. Her fame grew and she became one of the top film actresses. Following her marriage she had an absence from the industry before returning to the industry. In the past, she was in a crucial character in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the challenges faced by women living in India. Dixit was nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards. Of these she's won eight. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize awarded to civilians in India is bestowed to her. Her work in the field of social service is well-known.
