She was the character Karen Walker in the NBC comedy Will & Grace (1998)-2006, 2017. 2020). The first role she played in her acting career was an appearance in a McDonald's commercial with John Goodman. Her debut came on The Ellen Burstyn Show, which aired on the air in 1986. Later, she appeared in sitcoms like Seinfeld's Frasier Winds Ned, Stacey Mad About You Caroline in the City 3rd Rock from the Sun and Just Shoot Me!.
